**Duties and responsibilities**
- Manage the Director’s schedule, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and
- travel arrangements.
- providing timely responses or forwarding to the appropriate party.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf
- of the Director.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and electronic
- formats.
- Assist in preparing agendas, materials, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
- attended or hosted by the Director.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information as needed to support the
- Director in decision-making and project management.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including staff,
- clients, vendors, and partners.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure smooth operations
- and effective communication within the organization.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director.
