SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role offers an opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction to contribute to our company's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Support**:

- Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries regarding our services, products, and policies.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments for resolution.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process client orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and prevent recurrence of issues.
- **Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their inquiries, orders, or resolutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on our products and services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM systems or databases.
- Prepare reports on client feedback, trends, and common issues for management review.

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling challenging situations or irate clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or customer support software.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
