Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and direct visits.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to demonstrate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by successfully managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent approach to market and customer engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Transportation: Must have own 2-wheeler and Driving Licensce

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
