Description

Service Center Associate

**Role**: T3

Are you passionate about providing frontline IT support? Ready to put your skills to use in a broad, impactful environment? We at Virtusa would like to meet you\

Creates and Manages User accounts
Coordinates with users and support team and schedules Account Network resource migration
Creates proper documentation using ServiceNow ticketing tool
Tracking of issues and solutions resolving or routing or escalating where appropriate Ensures seamless shift handover

**Qualifications**:
Relevant educational background
Minimum of 3 years working with as a service center associate
Highly motivated
- a self-starter who takes ownership and has the ability to work with mínimal direct supervision
Excellent Communication is Must
