**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage all communication, data, updates, and follow-up related to Recruitment.
- Review and update all Job Postings globally.
- Handle review and processing for recruitment incentives
- Interview Scheduling, coordination, and follow-up for specific project-based hiring
- Manage all Operations related to particular project hiring on the ATS and in Google Drive
- Maintained all data pertaining to specific projects and provided reports as per requirements.

**What You Know**:

- A minimum of 1 to 4 years of proven professional experience is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Should have interest to work in a recruitment team as a Coordinator / Operations related role.
- Good Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- A robust operational mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
