- Attending inbound calls and explaining the product and work offered by the organization.
- To make outbound calls on the given data to Retain and Acquire donors
- Call donors on various campaigns run by the organization
- To achieve the targeted numbers in terms of donors & as per the process requirements.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

**Language Requirement**
- Proficient in English and Tamil.

**Working days and timing**
- 6 days with Rotational Week-off.
- Timings : 1PM to 9PM
