- To make outbound calls on the given data to Retain and Acquire donors
- To do proper follow-ups after generating the leads
- Call donors on various campaigns run by the organization
- To achieve the targeted numbers in terms of donors & as per the process requirements.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Answering & dialling phones and explaining the product and work offered by the organization.
- Accountable for achieving performance benchmarks on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis.
- Obtaining the prospect’s information and other relevant information (as per process requirement).
- Addressing donor queries.
- Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work.
- Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
- Having the ability to work rotational shifts and roster off as required by the process.
- Understands and memorizes new information quickly; rapid learning and memory.
- Performs duties without unnecessarily challenging authority, follows procedures and policies, adheres to schedules, and adheres to legal obligations and safety requirements.
- Shows interest in new experiences; adapts interpersonal style to suit different people and situations; tolerates ambiguity; accepts new ideas.

**Work Days & Timing**: 6 days working with (Rotational week off)

**Mandatory: Vaccinated (Two Dose)**

You will be working on the payrolls of Persolkelly. Also, we will sign three months contracts with you for the first 3 months (review period) and then we will sign annual renewable contracts with you after the first 3 months are completed.

**Language Requirements**:
