We are looking for confident and empathetic Telecallers to handle patient inquiries, schedule

communication skills, be comfortable discussing sensitive topics, and ensure patients feel

supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound/Outbound Calls:

- Handle inquiries regarding sexual health services with professionalism and

sensitivity.
- Make follow-up calls to potential clients and existing patients to ensure

satisfaction and appointment reminders.

2. Appointment Scheduling:

- Schedule consultations with doctors and ensure proper follow-up coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of patient details in the CRM system.

3. Patient Engagement:

- Provide basic information about services, treatments, and processes.
- Address concerns with empathy while maintaining confidentiality.

4. Promotional Activities:

- Explain clinic offerings to prospective clients in a persuasive yet respectful

manner.
- Upsell relevant services as appropriate.

5. Record Maintenance:

- Log call details, inquiries, and outcomes in the system.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

6. Collaborative Support:

- Work closely with staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Share patient feedback for continuous service improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
- Essential:

- Experience in Tele-calling or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi are a must
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.

Compensation
- Competitive salary with incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
