A leader in the fintech sector, offering cutting-edge software solutions looking for **International Telesales Sales Executive** to join their team. The job involves making phone calls to lead sales efforts in international markets, working at night in a dynamic and goal-focused setting
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to global prospects, detailing product benefits.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend value-adding solutions.
- Handle objections with empathy and informed responses.
- Manage sales documentation and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in international telesales.
- Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Resilience and a positive attitude towards rejection.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
**Additional Details**:
- Night shifts, Monday to Friday with a 1-hour break.
- Telephonic interview as the first selection round.
