**Job description Digital Ad Sales Specialist**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Ad Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Ad Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the effective promotion and sale of digital advertising solutions. Your expertise in digital ad sales, combined with your knowledge of online and offline PR, will play a crucial role in achieving our company's advertising goals.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective strategies to drive digital ad sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of our digital advertising solutions, demonstrating how they can effectively reach their target audience.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our digital advertising products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative advertising campaigns and solutions tailored to meet clients' specific requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaign performance, providing clients with regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our digital advertising offerings.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ad sales position, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of digital ad sales strategies, including programmatic advertising, display advertising, mobile advertising, and social media advertising.
- Proficient in both online and offline PR techniques, with the ability to leverage PR efforts to drive digital ad sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value of our digital advertising solutions to clients.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret campaign performance data to optimize results.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is preferred
