**Roles & Responsibilities**

Analyze industry and markets; assisting bankers to manage relationship with clients; client onboarding including KYC, compliance and coordinating between client and internal processes; securing credit, risk and other approvals for deals and annual reviews; working on internal processes including client committee, budgeting exercise; internal reporting, etc.

**Direct Responsibilities**

1- Coordinating with compliance and other internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal processes with regard to client onboarding and KYC review in a timely manner

2 - Assisting bankers on deal origination and execution including credit and other internal approvals, documentation, execution and booking of deals

3- Supporting bankers on client marketing materials including pitches, industry analysis, client mining, opportunity identification

4- Supporting preparation of internal documents e.g. client briefs, action plans, budgeting exercise, CSR related approvals and recertification

5- Supporting bankers for annual review of credit and other periodic monitoring of credit and accounts related activities

6 - Supporting bankers on discussion with product teams and coverage team across regions
