Customer Relation Executive

**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our automobile products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling our products and services, contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing our service quality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relations and problem resolution.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or relations role, preferably within the automobile industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
