Job Description / Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients and existing clients.
- Reach out to all new prospective clients identified by our field executives, personally meet and speak to the families in question to explain relevant claim details and gain their trust.
- Continuous follow up visits and calls to all identified clients in the pipeline and keeping old leads engaged during the conversion cycle
- Maintaining and tracking complete sales pipeline across different stages, prepare reports on the same
- Identify strategies for targeting new leads and retargeting old leads
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
- Managing field executives working on identifying and locating clients, and chasing leads obtained by them to identify and locate new clients.
Required skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages is a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft excel and other MS office tools
- Ability to create, maintain and nurture relationships with people of different backgrounds and cultures over a longer conversion cycle
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic and desire to take on responsibilities even outside of what their role demands
- Ability to think outside the box, fortitude to tackle and solve problems as and when they arise, confidence to form their own opinions and express them without hesitation.
- Understanding and knowledge of financial markets and financial services is desirable but not necessary
- Willingness to travel as and when required
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree
Gender Preference - Female Executives.
Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
