As a Sales Executive at Beanbag Business Solutions (BBS), you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive range of marketing communications services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.

Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients, and effectively communicate how BBS can meet their marketing objectives. Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to address client challenges.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Maintain regular contact to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.

Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM software.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve service offerings and enhance client satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Use market insights to identify new target segments and develop strategies to penetrate those markets effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' business objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
