- Head Office
Office timings - **9:30 AM - 6:30 PM** (Mon - Sat)
Salary - **2 to 5 LPA** (Negotiable based on experience)
We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Secretary to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
**Document Management**: Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized records, including filing and data entry.
**Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Experience: Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
