We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Order and manage office supplies, and ensure the office environment is organized and tidy.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
- Track and manage office inventory, including office supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages,

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
