**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Customer Service**:

- Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate issues as needed.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with office supply management and inventory control.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, if necessary.
- **Communication**:

- Relay messages and communicate information internally to relevant departments or individuals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, both verbal and written.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
