**About the job**

Actively search for IT professionals with specific skills and experience.

**Establishing and Building Relationships**:
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants who are on the bench.

**Job Postings and Submissions**:
Create compelling job postings that accurately describe the client's requirements.

**Negotiating Rates and Terms**:
Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and in compliance with company policies.

**Managing Documentation and Compliance**:
Ensure that all required documentation, such as contracts, background checks, and compliance forms, are completed accurately and on time.

Keep up-to-date with legal and compliance requirements in the staffing industry.

**Market Research and Analysis**:
Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market research.

**Tracking and Reporting**:
Generate regular reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Communication and Follow-up**:
**Meeting Targets and Goals**:
Work towards achieving individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and other key performance indicators (KPIS).

**Continuous Learning and Development**:
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in technology.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Problem Solving**:
Address challenges and obstacles in the recruitment process promptly and effectively.
