Customer Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**
- Learn and expand knowledge of products so that customer questions can be properly addressed
- Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products
- Maintain the back stock room and set up merchandise displays on the sales floor, ensure racks are always fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise, if any
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Manages financial transactions
- Remain knowledgeable about and answer questions related to merchandise, sales, promotions,store and brand policy
- Achieve established goals

**Skills**
- Understanding of the retail sales process.
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures,
- Cross-selling of products.
- Interest/experience and awareness towards visual merchandising.
- Capacity to build customer relationships
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

Must have
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative Sales Associate
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work variety of hours in a week

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
