Attentive.ai is a fast-growing vertical SaaS start-up, funded by PeakXV (Surge), Infoedge and Vertex Ventures, that provides innovative software solutions for the landscape, paving & construction industries in the United States. Our mission is to help businesses in this space improve their operations and grow their revenue through our simple & easy-to-use software platform. We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us drive retention, sales and grow our customer base.
**Responsibilities of the Role**:
- ** Customer Success & Online Training**:
- Drive onboarding and ensure successful go-lives for newly signed Accelerate contracts.
- Dedicated customer success PoC for assigned Accounts
- Organize & drive virtual training sessions for newly on-boarded Accelerate customers.
- Identify & proactively resolve any red-flags for assigned accounts
- Customer success PoC for assigned Pilot Engagements
- Provide timely support and resolution to Accelerate accounts
- Own and maintain Accelerate product documentation
- Create training and tutorial videos to drive onboarding
- ** Marketing Support**:
- Get testimonials and build case studies
- Conduct customer interviews
- Build product explainer videos
- Support in Creating content for Attentive on LinkedIn & YouTube
**Requirements for the Role**:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success in a related field (B2B SaaS, Software etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fluid environment.
