**Compensation, Duration & Work Timing**:

- **Internship Stipend (3 months)**:COP 10,50,000/month working 21 hours per week.
- **Training Stipend (6 months)**: COP 21,00,000/month working 42.5 hours per week.
- **Post-Training (Full-Time) Annual Salary**: COP 4,70,00,000 (Base Salary) + COP 94,00,000 (Performance Variable) working 42.5 hours per week.

**Role Description**:
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll champion our dedication to top-notch client service. With every interaction, you’ll aim for the “Wow, that was amazing” reaction, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Speak with Spanish & English-speaking Customers.
- Handle client queries via text and video calls.
- Understand and convey customer needs to the team.
- Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.
- Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in Spanish & English.

**Training & Career Path**:

- **Structured Onboarding**: Upon successful completion of the college and 9 months internship/trainee program, transition to a full-time role.
- **Growth Opportunities**: Demonstrating stellar performance in your role can propel you to exciting career advancements within just 6 months of training completion and becoming a full-time employee. You get an opportunity to become Customer Success Manager/Success Manager after gaining experience.
- **Account Management/Success Manager**:Dive deep into client onboarding, engage with industry leaders, and tailor customer accounts to precisely meet their business needs. If you possess exemplary people skills, this role beckons.
