Experience as executive chef in 3 star or 4 star hotel.
- Minimum 3 years experience within Kerala hotels.
- Professional qualification in hotel management.
- Should be aware of hotel classification & should have worked in the classification team.
- Aged between 45 & 55.
- Hands on work experience in North/South/Chinese Cuisine.
- Should have excellent man management skills.
- Should be able to control the food cost.
- Ability to maintain food safety standards.
- Awareness of kitchen related documents/store & intend.
- Should be able to train the staff
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
