**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our innovative Big Fennel Dispensers across various sectors, including foodservice, retail, and hospitality. Whether you are a fresh graduate with a passion for sales or an experienced professional seeking a new challenge, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to build relationships with key decision-makers, identify business opportunities, and drive growth for our cutting-edge product line.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Development: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including restaurants, food distributors, retail outlets, and commercial kitchen operators.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and unique features of the Big Fennel Dispenser. Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and operational requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for all pre
- and post-sale inquiries.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and recommendations to the management team to refine sales approaches and product positioning.
Contract Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
Qualifications:
**Experience**:
Fresher Applicants: No prior sales experience required. A strong interest in sales, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Experienced Applicants: Minimum of 0-1 years in sales, preferably within the food service, retail, or commercial kitchen equipment industries.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present technical products to a non-technical audience with clarity and confidence.
Performance: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to sales challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
