# Administrative & Accounts Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative & Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role combines office management with accounting responsibilities, perfect for someone who excels at multitasking and has both administrative and financial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
## Office Administration
- Manage reception duties including answering calls and greeting visitors
- Handle internal and external communication
- Supervise and coordinate office staff
- Perform various outside errands as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
## Accounting & Financial Tasks
- Process financial transactions using Tally
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
- Prepare financial reports and documentation
# Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative role (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written)
- Basic accounting knowledge, Commerce graduate
- Ability to supervise and coordinate with team members
