Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Design the company’s sales hiring strategy
- Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting platforms
- Conduct screening calls
- Co-work with the sales managers and the hiring managers to determine hiring needs
- Track metrics to spot successful recruitments and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
- Build and maintain a network of potential sales talent for current and future job openings

**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience
- Proven recruiting experience in the sales industry (3 yrs minimum)
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or related field

Skills and Attributes
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Hands-on experience with social media recruiting
- Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus
- Experience in formulating a hiring strategy
- Outstanding communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational ability

Work Mode : In office

**Note**:This position is specifically for experienced Sales Recruiters. General recruiters or those without a background in sales recruitment will not be considered**.

Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
