**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into closed sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored event solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and effective sales process.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the event management team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to event planning and execution.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients to keep the sales pipeline active.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in event management or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
