Role Description

This is a full-time target-based job for Corporate Sales - M.I.C.E & Events at Traaexplore in Bengaluru. To generate M.I.C.E inquiries and achieve the target allocated.

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10:00 am to 7:30 pm

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries and segments.
Cold Calling to fix the meeting generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Prepare and Present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client brief
Close Deals and MOU and handle concerns if any
Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling MICE solutions.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
Provide feedback and insights to support continuous improvement in sales processes and strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including event planning, operations, and marketing, to achieve sales objectives.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for MICE services.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Travel & Tourism Industry.
Minimum of 0-5+ years of experience in M.I.C.E. travel operations, preferably within the corporate event management industry.
Should be Passionate to travel domestic & international with groups
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work well in a team and individually
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
