Role Description

This is a full-time target-based job for Corporate Sales - M.I.C.E & Events at Traaexplore in Bengaluru. To generate M.I.C.E inquiries and achieve the target allocated.

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10:00 am to 7:30 pm

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Data Sourcing and Management**:

- Sourcing accurate contant details from online source like Linked in, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker of event from the HR ans Marketing departments of companies in the business of smartphone,Ecommerce,IT product ,IT service ,FMCG, Pharma,Insurance Co,Bak ,Travel& Leisure,Apparel brands,Airlines,Education institutions,Automobile dealers,Telecome,Jewelers and Real Estate.
- Maintain the database on the internal templates of the organization

**Sales Meetings**:

- Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client.
- Having effective sales meetings in order to:
1) Understanding the events ecosystem of the client.

2) Position dreamcraft as the best choice for the client.

3) Generate requirement for events from the client.

**Sales Proposals**:

- Creat presrntation based on the client requirements.
- Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and pre-event P&L.

**Sales Conversion**:

- Negotiate win-win deales.
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.

**Client Co-ordinateion**:

- Be the interface between the client and the operation team from contract to completion of event.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Travel & Tourism Industry.
Minimum of 0-5+ years of experience in M.I.C.E. travel operations, preferably within the corporate event management industry.
Should be Passionate to travel domestic & international with groups
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work well in a team and individually
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
