We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven EdTech B2B Event Collaboration Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As the Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our EdTech platform's collaboration services for Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), webinars, and workshops. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and organizations to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Business Development:Identify and prospect potential clients within the education sector, including universities, colleges, and educational organizations.
Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.

Relationship Building:Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, such as faculty development directors, training coordinators, and event organizers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our EdTech platform's collaboration services.
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales and Revenue Generation:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for FDPs, webinars, and workshops collaboration services.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, using CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the B2B EdTech industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the education sector, particularly in the areas of faculty development, webinars, and workshops.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
