**what will you do**:

- ** tool and system enhancement**: collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve operational tools, systems, and dashboards, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business
- ** program & project management **:program manage the onboarding of new lines of business into operations through thorough planning, project management, and performance metrics evaluation. assist in the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring that operations are aligned with business goals and timelines are met
- ** data analysis and reporting**: analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights
- ** performance monitoring**: track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of operations, conducting root cause analysis where necessary to address issues
- ** stakeholder management**: work closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and ensure that operational processes support their objectives
- ** people management** : will be managing and mentoring a small team of analyst
- possess at least 3-6 years of experience in operations program management
- prior experience in fintech or payment processing
- proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- have the ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- experience with process improvement methodologies
- experience in leading cross-functional projects, particularly those focused on process improvements and operational efficiency
