**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as an Export-Import Documentation and Accounts Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in facilitating smooth international trade operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about import-export procedures and proficient in accounting practices. As our specialist, you'll be responsible for managing documentation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate financial records related to import-export transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Management**: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for import and export shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and export control requirements to facilitate smooth customs clearance and minimize risks.
- **Accounting Procedures**: Maintain accurate financial records related to import-export transactions, including recording expenses, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies to coordinate shipment logistics and resolve any documentation or compliance issues.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks or discrepancies in documentation or financial records and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously review and streamline import-export documentation processes and accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries, providing status updates on shipments, and resolving any issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proficient understanding of import-export documentation procedures, customs regulations, and international trade compliance requirements.
- Strong accounting skills with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to analyze documentation and financial data, identify discrepancies or potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- **Adaptability**:

- Willingness to adapt to changing regulations, procedures, and business requirements in the international trade environment.
- **Certifications**:

- Certification in export-import documentation or accounting (e.g., Certified Export Specialist, Certified International Trade Professional) preferred but not required.
