**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base in the service industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients, outlining the benefits of our services and negotiating terms as needed.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market developments.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure legal and ethical business practices.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and expand professional networks.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations at every opportunity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and close sales deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in the service industry, particularly in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, or professional services.
- Knowledge of service delivery processes, customer service best practices, and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies, such as consultative selling or solution selling.
- Previous experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Travelling Required
- Additional language proficiency is a plus, especially if working with diverse client populations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
