As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to establish and manage a distribution network across Odisha.

Job Responsibilities:
Distribution Network Development:
Create and implement strategies to establish a robust distributor and sub-distributor network across Odisha.

Identify and onboard potential distributors/sub-distributors in different regions of Odisha.

Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop sales plans in alignment with company objectives and targets.

Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, and other channel partners.

Provide necessary support and guidance to ensure mutual growth.

Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.

Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for distributors and sub-distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective communication of product features and promotions.

Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on the analysis of sales data.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and agreements.

Customer Satisfaction:
Work towards ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient distribution and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of distribution networks and channel management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
