At least around 8 to 10 years or more, of work experience in good reputed hotels and restaurants or cruise liners. International exposure a plus point.

Can currently be a “Demi Chef D’Partie“ looking for a promotion to “CDP”. Or can even be an exceptionally good “Commis I” currently.

All round experience, working in Hot and Cold Kitchens, and all round knowledge of menu/dishes of different cuisines including Continental,Italian, International, Indian/Tandoor, Chinese, Far Eastern etc. Should also have knowledge of basic desserts and bakery items.

Knowledge of HACCP/FOSTAC, Kitchen hygiene & safety standards.

Maintaining food costs, preparing Market lists etc. Willing person with a good positive attitude and good interpersonal skills and team work.

Good supervisory skills.Able to communicate in English. Ability to work under pressure.

Healthy with clean habits. (Should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and at least 8 years experiences in quality establishments along with excellent culinary skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
