Role Description

The Chef De Partie will also be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and assisting in training new staff.


Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes
  • Experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
