Skillset:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Fluency in English is must**:

- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of automobile products, features, and industry trends.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Proactively identify and pursue potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, cold calling, and networking.
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our automobile offerings.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively to close deals.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing excellent customer service.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and advancements in the automobile industry.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the external sales team, marketing, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
