International Sales Executive

Product and service knowledge: Build expertise in the company's products and services.
- Customer orders: Manage product orders from placement to delivery, including returns and exchanges.
- Customer feedback: Gather feedback from customers and report it to the relevant department.
- Educating customers: Educate potential customers about products and services.
- Customer complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Support tickets: Raise support tickets to track and resolve customer requests.
- Customer information: Maintain a database of customer information.
- Escalating issues: Escalate complex issues to managers.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues faster.
- Service level agreements: Meet service level agreement (SLA) deadlines.
- Account creation: Assist customers with registration or account creation.
- Product or service availability: Check product or service availability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
