**International Sales Executive**

**Compensation: Up to Up to ₹7 Lakh Per Year + Exceptional Benefits**

**Location: Mohali**

**Monday to Friday, Night Shift**

A pioneering Finance software solutions, seeks a dedicated **International Sales Executive**. This role demands engaging in telephonic sales activities across global markets, predominantly during nocturnal hours, in an energetic and target-oriented environment.

**Duties**:

- Conduct proactive outbound calls to international prospects, highlighting the advantages of our products.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients through superior communication.
- Evaluate customer requirements to propose solutions that add value.
- Tactfully manage objections, providing thoughtful and knowledgeable replies.
- Organize sales data and client interactions within CRM platforms.
- Surpass established sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years in international Sales is essential.
- Outstanding verbal negotiation and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software and various sales mechanisms.
- Resilient, with a constructive approach to handling rejection.
