**POSITION- Business Development Expert Industry Worked IN : Staffing Company [Specific for Non IT requirements ]**

**As a Business Development Expert, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.**

**You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in Non IT Domain, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our staffing and training services.**

**This role requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and strong communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.**

**Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and achieve sales targets.**

**Generate Leads from the network for bulk requirements**

**Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and align our services with their objectives.**

**Collaborate with internal teams to customize staffing and training solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.**

**Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to key decision-makers.**

**Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.**

**Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.**

**Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.**

**Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our presence and build relationships.**

**Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.**

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles, preferably within the staffing or training industry.**

**Strong understanding of staffing solutions, talent acquisition processes, and workforce development trends.**

**Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.**

**Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization.**

**Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and execute effective sales strategies.**

**Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.**

**Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).**

**Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate client meetings and events.**

**Note: We work six days a week from the office**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
