**What will you be responsible for?**
- You will be part of a team which will be the single point contact for peopleHum to the customer, post the customer signing up to implement the platform.
- Your sole focus will be for making peopleHum’s global customers successful
- Understanding the peopleHum product platform and global business practices and how to best align and fit the solution to the customer needs
- Work with product, engineering and sales teams in cross functional decision frameworks to represent Customer Voice
- Participate in strategy, planning and organizing work to optimize success criteria
- Defining and tracking CSAT, NPS and other operational KPIs that measure and define Success for you and your team
- Presenting accomplishments and discussing changes to process, product and tech
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹470,000.00 per year
