**Job Title**: Receptionist

**1. Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and prospective students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Provide information to clients and prospective students about the educational programs and services offered.
- Address inquiries regarding admission requirements, visa procedures, and other relevant topics.
- Handle client complaints or issues professionally and escalate them when necessary.

**3. Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule appointments for clients to meet with educational counselors or advisors.
- Manage appointment calendars and ensure efficient use of time slots.

**4. Administrative Support**:

- Assist in administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

**5. Information Resource**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest information on educational programs, universities, and visa regulations.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to clients and prospective students.

**6. Communication**:

- Relay messages and information to other team members as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a coordinated approach to client services.

**7. Multilingual Skills (if applicable)**:

- If your consultancy serves a diverse clientele, proficiency in multiple languages could be advantageous for effective communication.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training in customer service is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the educational consultancy's services and programs.
- Knowledge of the overseas education system and related processes is an advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically, this is a full-time office-based position, though part-time and remote options may be considered based on your business needs.
