Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives within the construction chemicals market.
- Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, architects, engineers, and construction companies, to promote Talrak Construction Chemicals' product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular contact, site visits, and product presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to effectively position Talrak Construction Chemicals' products and services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and value of our construction chemicals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide technical assistance, product recommendations, and solutions to customers' construction challenges.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team, suggesting improvements and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and increase brand visibility.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the construction chemicals industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction chemicals, including adhesives, sealants, waterproofing solutions, concrete additives, and other related products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and convincingly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs in the construction chemicals industry.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
