**Job Title**: Customer Service/Sales Representative
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team in Surat. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and have a talent for closing sales, we’d love to meet you. This role is a blend of customer service and sales, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
**Requirements**:
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English (mandatory).
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in both customer service and sales, with a focus on customer support (70%) and sales (30%).
- **Client Interaction**: Experience working with US clients is preferred.
- **International Exposure**: Experience in international sales or customer service is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- **Location Flexibility**: Must be able to commute or relocate to Katargam, Surat, before starting the role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
