As a Customer Care Executive at Fuaark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via calls and WhatsApp channels. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing customer requirements. **Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries over calls and WhatsApp.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them on a priority basis.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
- Preferred educational qualifications: BBA, MBA, B.Com, or B.Tech, etc.
