Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive in the education industry, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our students have a positive experience with our institution. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Student Support**: Providing guidance and assistance to students
- **Problem Resolution**: Addressing and resolving student and parent concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Administrative Support**: Assisting with administrative tasks related to student records and daily walk in sheet preparation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to empathize with visitors.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
