Customer Care Executive

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential to satisfied customer queries-Conduct to understand customer needs and trends.
- Understand clients' query and problems.
2. Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest product and industry regulations.
- Clearly understanding client’s requirement.
- Provide feedback to the management team for product improvement.
3. Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Communicate with clients to understand their evolving requirements.
- Act as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for clients.
- Coordinate with Branch and support them as needed and communicate when necessary.
5. Reports & Documentation
- Accurately maintain client records and documentation.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
6.Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of client’s query and requirement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
