**Position -India Payroll (AGM Level)**
**Education - Graduate or PG in any field**
**Experience - 15- 20+ years**
**Role Expectations:**
**Drive the India Payroll practice as per strategy and delivery expectations Delivery of all India Payroll clients through a team of Cluster Heads and Processor/QC Teams Be a client’s key stakeholder / partner, empowering the best possible customer experience and high quality service delivery of Managed Payroll Services for our Indian clients. Ownership for customer focused payroll team, steering customer work, planning resourcing andavailability as well as leading the customer’s service delivery of our client sites across India. Ensure that services are delivered according to SLA’s; monitor, report and analyse KPI’s regardingservice excellence and customer satisfaction Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the India Payroll practice, manpower requirements in India andother locations Deliver efficient change management, deployment and improvements of payroll system developedinternally Proactively drive automation initiatives and transition activities including cost efficiency improvements. Build Employee Capability initiatives and ensure team members’ domain and technical competenciesare up to date Ensure Employee engagement and retention management of the Payroll Practice team members Adoption of regulatory laws & best practices. Ensure all programs are well executed & inter department co-ordination Ensure change management is adequately factored for time & necessary charge back of cost to therespective cost centres/clientsV 1.0 / Oct 2023**

Thorough knowledge of Payroll process and statutory obligations of India Metrics and outcome focused Exceptional Interpersonal Skills Exceptional Project and program management skills.**
**Education & Experience**:
**Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources or relevant field or equivalent experience of 15 or more years +Minimum 10 year of people and delivery management experiences.**
**Salary - 12 to 16 LPA**
