**Role Description-Vendor Management(US)**
- Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships.
- Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
- Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.
- Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
- Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee-related information with utmost professionalism and judgment.
- Experience conducting employee investigations and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
