- You have a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or corresponding.
- You have 10+ years of Procurement experience from a national or an international organization of repute, preferable within the area of indirect material & services specifically in the field of Facility management (hard/soft/Operational) and Security Services & Industrial Supplies)
- You have strong project management skills
- You have excellent negotiation skills
- You have significant stakeholder management experiences
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- You are willing to travel.
- You have strong financial competence and understanding
- You have strong Supplier Management experience
- You have ability to take leadership for your tasks and area of responsibility.
- You have strong and genuine interest in innovation and sourcing option development.

Experience from procurement projects and driving business on a country/global level with multiple business partners is a pre-requisite. **Responsibilities**:
In your role you will:

- Execute category strategies to support the Ingka Group in your home region and on a global basis
- Be responsible to initiate and drive large scale strategic sourcing projects (business case development, business requirement development, supplier analysis & selections)
- Take full responsibility for following and securing the Group Procurement purchase process end-to-end
- Be responsible for building trusted relationships through IKEA way of doing business, secure compliance of IWAY and Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for supplier management and supplier performance by professionally challenge suppliers to constantly improve all aspects of supplier performance.
- Through proactive market monitoring give input about sourcing options, supplier market, market trends and contributing to the development of the category/sourcing plans
- Co-operates with team members in other and own units to accomplish common goals
- Seeks opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrate willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary actions and adapt to new circumstances
- Negotiate large scale complex agreements, and together with the Ingka team to secure the best commercial terms for Ingka.
- Build and develop internal stakeholder relations.
- Be responsible to fulfill personal cost saving targets contributing to the global team objectives and goals.
- Act according to IKEA values do business with Fact-based Business Leadership.
- Contribute with good legal Knowledge of Purchase agreements and Contract structuring.
- Understands the goals, business priorities and follow through on commitments and achieves results in line with the IKEA vision and values.
- Be managing change order process for ongoing agreements
- Contribute to develop various procurement models for the Category.
- Good knowledge of cost drivers and the value chain of relevant segment and industry
- Experience in SAP procurement tools such as ARIBA/S4Hana will be added advantage
