We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients within assigned territory for hardware and software products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Handle client queries and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and market trends.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hardware and software industry.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software products, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
